We need your help: This survey is about health care services available to you.

Getting good medical attention is very important, but it is not always the case if you live in rural areas. In the Yakima Valley we have seen drastic changes with the health care services offered these last couple of years. Some changes have helped in being able to health care services better while others have reduced the services and attention for the patients.

The Yakima Herald Republic this year is coming out with a section in the newspaper to talk about the access to health care in the Yakima Valley.

We are looking for help from the community members to fill out this informal survey, non-scientific that will be used to help guide our research. If you have between 5 and 10 minutes we would like for you to fill out this survey. You are not required to leave your name but we would love to talk to you if you are willing to share your story.
